18th Vilnius Short Film Festival - at the Museum of Photography

in 2025 January 15-21 th bright and colorful 18th Vilnius short film festival will take place in Šiauliai - at the Museum of Photography and throughout Lithuania - in cinemas and home cinema platforms ŽMONĖS Cinema and LRT Epika.

As every year, the festival never ceases to amaze and brings a bunch of news, stories that will keep you glued to the cinema screens and a wide repertoire in which even the most picky will find their favorite program in the new year. in 2024 The Vilnius Short Film Festival was the first in Lithuania to win the Oscar qualification. What does this mean? That starting this year, the films competing in the festival's competitive programs will be able to seek not only the main prize "Grand Prix", but also the famous "Oscar"! Also, this year the festival is taking even stronger steps towards inclusion and accessibility for people with disabilities and other socially sensitive groups of society.
