"Family Day at the Museum" is a day when you can spend meaningful time at the museum with your family and participate in an interesting activity. They do not take place in traditional classrooms, but in the spaces of all museum departments, which best reflect the originality and mood of education.

Education participants are introduced to the filming process, they are given the task of creating a greeting text or choosing an existing template. After choosing the filming background, decorations, filming begins. Microphones are attached to readers, several test recordings are made. Education "Sculpting pots in ancient ways"

Based on the archaeological material of Lithuania, in the exposition reflecting the development of ceramics, the education participants are introduced to the ceramics of individual historical periods, their types and forms, and the technology of ceramics production is discussed. Participants delve into the lifestyle, household and worldview of ancient people, then use the rope technique to make a clay pot.

The exhibition "Visions" is on display at the Museum of Photography, reflecting the search for novelty and originality in the 20th century. in Lithuanian photography. It presents avant-garde, modern, experimental and conceptual Lithuanian photography, different approaches of creators that determined the trends in the development of photography. During the educational session, the participants will familiarize themselves with the content of the exhibition, the photographic techniques of the exhibited works, and will make their own creative interpretations.

Education "Chaim Frenkel leather workshop. A toy for the Christmas tree"
at 2 p.m. Chaim Frenkel's villa-museum (Vilniaus St. 74, Šiauliai)
In the "Christmas tree toy" education, you will work with real tanner's tools, wield hammers and punches, forge ornaments, and glue colorful details. At the end of the education, we will be happy with the results of our work, which will decorate Christmas trees at home during the holiday season.

Excursion at the exhibition "Portrait of an Interwar Woman"
at 2 p.m. Venclauskiai House-Museum (Vytauto St. 89, Šiauliai)
The exhibition "Portrait of an Interwar Woman" dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Stanislava Venclauskienė is on display in the Venclauskiai House-Museum. The exhibition recreates the context of the period of her life, shows Stanislava in the environment of her time, reveals the challenges and trends of that time. Tour participants will learn more about S. Venclauskienė and other women of that time - peers, companions, like-minded people. It is an overview of women's lives between the wars.
